Who I am & What I do
I spent my early career in commercial construction management - on job sites, in budgets, managing contractors and timelines from concept to completion. When I crossed into real estate, I brought all of it with me: the experience, the systems, the relationships, the ability to walk a property and see what others miss.
Today I operate as a Realtor and as the principal of Electric City Commercial Group - a residential re-development firm in Glenville. I've been on every side of the table: buyer, seller, contractor, investor, and agent. That's not a talking point. It's how I'm able to serve the people who come to me with the complicated stuff.
